Organisation and Management Model under Legislative Decree 231/2001

The Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 governs companies' administrative liability for certain offences committed in their interest or to their advantage. The model identifies risk activities and sets out protocols, procedures and controls to prevent such offences. If adopted and effectively implemented, it may help, under the conditions laid down by law, to exclude the company's liability.

F.D.R. prepares organisation and management models and, through its partners, takes on supervisory body appointments.

Certification of economic and financial plans

AUSTERA S.r.l. provides certification of economic and financial plans in the cases provided for by the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and by the Consolidated Act on Local Authorities (Legislative Decree 267/2000)as subsequently amended.

Fiduciary administration and trusts

AUSTERA S.r.l. carries out the administration of assets and estates through fiduciary registration, as well as the establishment and administration of trusts. A trust allows assets to be dedicated to a purpose and entrusted to a party responsible for managing them according to the rules laid down in the trust instrument.
