Contact form privacy notice.

1. Data controller

The controller is F.D.R. S.r.l., VAT No. 04601510235, with operating office at Via Gidino, 13, 37066 Sommacampagna (VR). You can write to info@fdr-revisione.it for matters relating to personal data.

2. Data processed

The form collects first name and surname, email address, service of interest and the content of the message. The telephone number is optional. To limit abuse and repeated submissions, the system temporarily uses the IP address in the form of a technical fingerprint; it does not store a copy of the request in a website database.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to read the request, respond, and, if requested, assess a possible engagement or quotation. Processing necessary to follow up on a pre-contractual request is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For generic requests and to protect the form from abuse, the basis is the company's legitimate interest in managing the communications received and keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). The form does not involve subscription to newsletters or use for marketing.

4. Provision and recipients

Fields marked as mandatory are required to manage the request: without them we cannot receive it or reply to you. The telephone number is optional. The data are accessible to authorised company personnel and, to the extent necessary for the service, to technical hosting and email providers. They are not publicly disclosed.

5. Retention

The request is forwarded to the company's email inbox. If no professional relationship arises, F.D.R. retains the correspondence for the time necessary to manage the follow-up to the request and, as a rule, no longer than 12 months from the last communication, except where required by law or necessary to protect rights. If a relationship arises, the information and retention periods communicated for that engagement apply. The technical fingerprint used to limit repeated submissions is deleted within 24 hours.

6. Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, write to info@fdr-revisione.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

To send the form we use the website's hosting and the company's email inbox, managed through providers in the European Economic Area. For this flow, no data transfers outside the EEA are envisaged. If the services used were to change, we will update this notice before carrying out any international transfers.

8. Automated decisions

Requests sent via the form are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
